Re: First Information about the 2015 Tenyo Tricks
I include one Ultra Pro card sleeve with Bird Watcher Too and Think A Drink, but the card holders fall apart after carrying them around a few times. The Bird Watcher Too printed on the plastic cards will hold up really well. Jaime ordered two so he should be set. I saw the sleeve and it took me bac...

Re: First Information about the 2015 Tenyo Tricks

Bird Watcher Too is still my favorite to perform at my work place in fact the colors of the birds are already fading and loosing their feathers too  (over use) Hopefully this coming Magic Butterfly can help my Bird Watcher Too :D To help out your Bird Watche...

Re: Think-A-Drink double shot
In England I don't really have an accent, except when I'm pissed off then I go a bit essex. Bo selecta is great, Michael Jackson is my favourite from there. I have to say, we're crap at a lot of things but we do comedy very well, and I'd say we're on a par with the US for music. Netflix has a lot o...

Re: Think-A-Drink double shot
I used to work with a load of Brits when I was deployed. The mere mention of Mr. Bean to them made them cringe, lol. So they made us watch a bunch of Bo Selecta and Little Britain. Everything the Brits do is great. The US desperately needs a BBC Wish I was a native English speaker, sounds way cooler...

I completely forgot about this thread!
I just wrapped Bird Watcher Too today. I was too giddy to get the camera anyway.

I saw the Cheshire Cat magical rope and went scouring ebay.
I just missed out on the Mickey Magical Rope. The Genie and Stitch ones are still out there. Are these ropes discontinued or still in circulation?

Re: Hospital Volunteer Interview
Thanks to everyone for the words of encouragement, personal experience, and help with all of this. Especially in finding similar versions to some of the (much much more expensive) Tenyo out there. I have the routine scripted (rough draft, of course). Added some sponge bunnies and some more crowd inv...

Good information. I'm going to check out Dial-X Ah the packet mail-always. Half a dozen cousins Mystery of a dark stranger And What Dunnit? Stranger recently sold for like 50+ with stuff like Clean cut, crystal cleaver, vault vision, and flash dice. To be fair, the guy had no idea what he was holdin...

Re: MB Magic works haul on eBay
I put Coin In The Crypt on my watch list yesterday afternoon It was bought 15 minutes later. Good haul, but quite expensive. Only one worth the price seems to be the Illusionarium/Mysterious Queen as the last one that went for auction went for about that much. But ones like Hidden Sun, Double Vision...

Re: The Moons of Jupiter
Just a thought, I do not know the mechanism of the MOJ, but I wondered, could it be adapted as a teaching device? Could one modify the trick to change from a full moon to a crescent moon? If you could devise a trick that went with it say one that shows the effects of the moon on the tides. Or, adap...

Re: Hospital Volunteer Interview
Brett, I think the reason they do not like you to do balloons is that there are some kids who are allergic to latex. Of course you have to respect that. (As far as I know this is very rare so far I have never met someone with latex allergy. But I think if someone is allergic to something he or she ...

Re: Hospital Volunteer Interview
Brett, you might be getting ahead of yourself. Maybe you should work on your skills first at home with family and friends before taking on such a huge challenge. Well, I am diving into this a bit headstrong, I'll admit. My goal is never to perform for profit; volunteer hospital magician is it. I co...

I'm on board with it!
As long as I can find the camera and the charger.
My only issue would be the person finding the gimmick while the camera is rolling

Hospital Volunteer Interview
I'm not sure if I mentioned it on this particular forum, but I have two goals in mind when it comes to magic: 1) teach my daughter as long as she remains interested in magic 2) be a volunteer hospital magician I have been shopping around the city to see which hospitals would accept such a service an...

Re: Vault Vision coins
Well now, I'm completely shocked that both versions are so finicky and sensitive. I think a better word is precise. I agree, I did put it a bit ugly. But I thought about it this morning and it makes sense why MB had to remake it for use of US coins. Tired me last night thought 'Yen and US money are...

Re: T-161 Parabox
The trick is brilliant in simplicity and execution. At least, I was completely amazed when I first saw videos of Parabox being performed. While the actual 'gimmick' isn't too hard to figure out. The real magic is in how it's actually performed; like all magic. But Parabox, I believe is strictly all ...

Re: Zig Zag Cig Dimensions
@ Simon When I searched google, my head nearly exploded when I saw that typical cigarettes come in FOUR different lengths. As a non-smoker--actually I have never smoked. Blew my mind. Ironic because I worked with a TON of smokers. I always thought they were all the same length. Awesome, thank you! B...
