Just watched your video Simon, AWESOME job dude. That's quite a nice spin on the trick, one of these days when I get a MM I'll have to attempt your version!

Re: Would you buy....AFTER knowing the secret?

Sure, I'll totally buy something even if I know the secret. Especially if its a really good trick to perform or if it's a good investment (rare/discontinued item found for a good price). For example, I know how Mini Morphosis works and (next to Bare Bones) it's probably my most sought-after item!

Re: ''ENDED LOW BIDS''

Yeah, I lost-out on 2 auctions this week (a Cubio and a Time Capsule). I was the high bidder right up until the end, then bidding wars started and they both got pushed way over what I thought was a good price so I backed off. It would be funny if it's all just us here on this forum outbidding each o...

Re: Announcing: The Tenyo Market

You guys are totally right: there will be a degree of manual maintenance that will have to be done because the data that comes from eBay isn't always the best. Some examples I've already seen include misspellings in the original data, Tenyo knock-offs being counted as real Tenyo items (check out Cry...

Announcing: The Tenyo Market

Hi guys! A few days ago in the member's section I posted a link to a website I've been working on called The Tenyo Market ( shameless plug: I'm also still looking for English instructions for a few tricks ...). Most of you are full members but if you didn't see my previous post, The Tenyo Market is ...

Re: First Information about the 2015 Tenyo Tricks

As someone new to collecting Tenyo this is my first year of getting to see the new tricks roll out. I'm really excited for these, they look like a great collection! I enjoyed reading all the speculation in the "New For 20XX!" posts on the cafe from years past, and found all the mis-information about...

Re: ''ENDED LOW BIDS''

I had that crystal box on my watch list (don't have that one) but decided to remove it a few hours before it ended because the shipping seemed too high, plus I figured the price was going to SHOOT up there at the end...I should have watched it closer I guess. I *think* I've gotten a few good deals o...

Re: A Book that acts as a magician.

Oh yeah, The Magic Show . I've had it for years and didn't even know there was a Tenyo connection until recently when I became a collector. There *is* a simplified version of Sidetrack in there now that I think about it. I'll have to get the book back out and read it again (it's been on a shelf fore...

I don't own this trick but I was under the impression that it was "just another card frame" that I've seen a million times before. Is there something special about the mechanism in this one?

Little Savings Bank - Good Price or Crack Pipe?

I've found a place that is selling a new, unopened Little Savings Bank ( T-46 ) for $50.00 USD. I've searched eBay for completed auctions and only came-up with ONE listing that was for a lot of 10 Tenyo tricks (that didn't sell). I'm guessing it's not very sought-after but just wanted to see if you ...

Awesome. Thanks guys I think I'll just pick them up... Good call on SEO Magic, John. I'd heard that they sell Tenyo but I hadn't checked out their selection or their prices. They've actually got a pretty wide range of items available, and their prices are reasonable! The free shipping on orders over...

Specials

So I've got a few tricks on my short list but I noticed that Hitomi currently has some specials for sale (Magic Calendar, Magical Burger, Sakkaku Scale and Magical Sneaker). My question is: should I go ahead and snatch these up before anything else or doe she frequently have them available? Thanks d...

Re: Spider-man coloring Book and Svengali deck

Being new to Tenyo collecting, I find this interesting. Is it common for them to release tricks throughout the year that are not part of the "T" series? Are these tricks any more or less collectible (or harder to find) than the ones released as part of their yearly collection?

Feature Request: "Instruction Requests" section

Hey guys, Maybe something like this exists in the full members forum (I'm still new here), but one problem I see a bit here just like on the TMC forums are all the instruction requests. What if there was a forum section specifically for instruction requests? Ideally (and this would HAVE to be in the...

Re: Buying Tenyo from Japan

I've ordered from Tokyo Hobby on eBay and then realized that they were also Plaza Japan (thanks to one of your old posts on TMC, John). It ends-up being cheaper to order from their website, I'm guessing they pass-on their eBay fees to the buyer. But man those tricks are SUPER cheap... Another great ...

Hey there! I'm Mike, I'm new here. I've recently re-discovered Tenyo after owning some as a kid in the 90's (which sadly were thrown-away or sold at garage sales). There's just something about how inventive and cool those little plastic things are that I'm drawn to. My first purchases as a new colle...
