Re: Tenyo 2020

Thanks for the links Kirk! 4D-cross is definately the one I'm looking forward the most to. I have Crossroads and am actually quite happy Tenyo didn't just 'remake' it (like some other manufaturers tend to do lately :P ) - this uses a new principle which certainly looks very convincing! The card in t...

Re: Tenyo 2020

Thanks for the link Elliot. These all look great, my favourites (for the moment) being the miniature cards with the dagger and the Crossroads-variation. I wonder if that last one actually works like Crossroads does: on the front picture and one or two photos on the back you are not able to see somet...

Welcome Ralf, and thanks for introducing yourself. Like Rob said your story sounds very familiar :D
Pikolinus and Tseng Tjeng are also two of my favorite tricks :)
I would love to see more Magisches Intermezzo episodes with E. Böttcher, I can only find a few on YouTube :|

Re: Mental Numero - Magic Wagon

I really like the looks of this one (as always with Magic Wagon). The font MW used on the numbers is a non issue to me. The reason I'm passing is budget (sigh) and the fact I already own tricks that more or less do the same, although the choice between 10 numbers does make this one pretty unique.

Re: Mini Tangram Paradox

It actually doesn't matter to me Rob; in fact I actually like the differences in color, makes it more like a puzzle, which it is supposed to be, no?

I concur - it's a great packet trick with some nice and pretty unique gimmicked cards. Not hard to do and pretty baffling too! I recommend this one for sure :)

Re: Mini Tangram Paradox

What a wonderfull thread. I've been away a week or two and replying with my smartphone takes ages ;) I like this trick, but it is rather expensive of course. The difference in color of the blocks is a non issue for me. I own Tenyo's Perpetual Puzzle, the Chocolate bar one (this is my favourite) and ...

Re: Huitzilopochtli by Thomas Pohle

Strange ... I can't find any info on that Mexican Wall trick. I also remember getting the e-mail from Joe Long about this release and there was even a demo video ... . I do remember it was pretty expensive and I immediately knew how it worked :D Why oh why are the stars at that location? Could it be...

Re: Huitzilopochtli by Thomas Pohle

Very true what has been said about the building quality of Thomas Pohle effects. Some of his effects I own are built a bit flimsy , even from cardboard and paper (part of The Precious Die for example is built from very thin cardboard, I would actually call it 'thick' paper). So indeed, proper handli...
