Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

If voodoo dolls are satanic, then what is? There are a number of celebrities I don't like, but I'm not going to resort to voodoo hexes to get my way. I don't like democratic politicians, but I'm not going to get some voodoo doll and put a politician in pain when he or she is having a debate with a R...

I got the wrong thing ony mobile phone and didn't backspace over the d that's not in my name. As anyone who knows me well enough, I can be overly sensitive about that.

Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

For something that's not satanic, it seems highly unlikely that God would hurt innocent people just to entertain an audience. Mel B may not be the most moral person in the world since she's been known to have a bathroom mouth, but I highly doubt He would go that far in her first life. If the old tes...

Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

Some of the performers seemed more focused on baffling people like the Clairvoyants who kept saying they have ESP when they're just tricks. I felt that another one went too far in his performance because he used a voodoo doll, and those are satanic. If Tenyo ever put one out, I wouldn't go so far as...

Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

I remember Piff, and he was funny at times. I liked the way he used Heidi Klum once and did a trick where he was supposed to be wrong on the first card she picked, and he said that she picked the wrong card or something. I have ideas on how to do tricks so that there would be some entertainment invo...

Yes, it's to the tune of Proud Mary. Tina Turner sings it.

Song parody about Cloud Money

Let me know how you like this one.
Looking for cash to be floated,
Looking for some money that will float in the air,
Cloud Money keep on floating,
Cloud Money keep on floating,
Rise up,
Rise up,
Rise up in the air now.

Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

I can understand what you mean up to a point; but if you're on a show like America's Got Talent, you do have to be able to put on a convincing performance that'll baffle your audience, especially before you get to Radio City where people at home can call in and vote. If you do a trick that the judge...

Re: Here's a question.

Does anyone have the masked magician Valentino's email address? I tried to get onto his website with my mobile phone, but it's not possible.

I did a little google search and may have figured out how the trick was done. I'd hazard a guess, but I don't want to break the rules about revealing secrets.

Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

I can understand someone not liking Oh No because sometimes people can figure it out; but if you want to creep someone out, you could use some food coloring in a small squeezable apparatus, palm it, and make it look like you're bleeding when you do it. I was creeped out when I went to see the Illusi...

No, but I've seen the remake of Match Game with Alec Baldwin. I don't really care for the old panel game shows except Match Game.

Re: Here's a question.

Here's another question. Would a lot of the Tenyo tricks be cheaper for people living in Japan? I often wonder if the higher prices are because they're imports.

Re: Least Favorite Tenyo

That would be a no brainier for me. Flying Carpet is the worse because no magician would be able to do it in front of a big audience without buying enough of them to give everyone a pair of those freaking glasses. Needless to say, it wouldn't exactly work on America's Got Talent because not only wou...

Re: Here's a question.

Another thing that can be annoying is sending money for something and now getting it. I sent a money order about a week ago for two Tenyo's tricks and never got the tricks.

Re: What's everyone's favorite Tenyo trick?

I saw a demo of it on video, and it wasn't as impressive as the way that one guy was doing it. You may have heard of him. I believe he had the same name as me, and his last name was Nu or something. He would do it in a way that would make spoons bend instantly.

Re: What's everyone's favorite Tenyo trick?

Does Tenyo's spoon bending trick require any setup? I remember watching an Asian guy who was into mentalism doing spoon bending tricks and restoring them, and he would hand the spoons out for examination. He even gave bent ones to people to keep. I won't ask how it's done, but can Tenyo's spoon bend...

Re: Here's a question.

I know that Terry I talked about earlier gets upset over people who expose magic deliberately. I've done it by accident by doing a trick at a bad angle, and I've had people who were smart enough to catch on. My brother-in-law figured out how to do the card trick Galaxy. That's the one where you deal...

Re: Here's a question.

In some cases, it wouldn't do me any good to have the secrets exposed because I'd still have to get the props. That's the case with the tricks the Clairvoyants do, and you'd still have to learn Morse code. With all those dots and dashes, that's a lot of work. Kotkin has willingly exposed magic on th...

Re: Is this trick available?

I wonder what the most expensive magic trick in the world is. I know David's flying illusion is pretty expensive. I wouldn't care to get it even if I did have the money because you'd have to rely on someone else to help you. Other big illusions he's done are like that.

Here's a question.

Do magicians ever get upset if their tricks are exposed online? I was able have find out how Steve Brundage did some of his Rubik's Cube tricks as well and the secrets to a few of Mat Franco's tricks and the Clairvoyants. A couple of them didn't look that hard. I'd need to practice a little, but I b...

Do you think Crazy Spots will get discontinued too and the price of that one will skyrocket? I'm not saying I'd sell it if it did because I only have one, and I like it.

Re: Is this trick available?

What's the shipping cost for that Squeeze Play that's for sale? I may have to break down and get another set because I found some wooden coasters at Walmart for only 63 cents; and when I tried to do it, the squeeze effect was very weak. I wish Tenyo wouldn't discontinue perfectly good tricks. Squeez...
