Re: T-155 Crystal Cleaver

If you look at the visitor map of the sister website you can see that the Eastern US and Central Europe has already been well picked through, but the Western US and Southern and Northern Europe seem to have less Tenyophiles. site map.png It is completely offtopic, but I have just seen your map and ...

Re: First Information about the 2015 Tenyo Tricks

This photo at the Japanmagic blog is interesting. Maybe this will be the new Tenyo policy regarding English instructions? No copied English instructions will be included but you can download it from a special url given at the Japanese instructions? For me the most interesting one is the Butterfly tr...

Hello Guys,

I think it is the same trick as this (made by Vinchenso di Fatta, Italy). Here you can see me and my wife performing this few years ago:

Re: Dynamo

John, this looks great! About Dynamo: his series is the most watched magic themed tv programme here in Hungary. And many times people who I do have conversation about magic ask about him. I think tv magicians age good for magic in general (even if they use camera tricks and stooges many times). I ne...

Re: Your 'next in line'?

I think Cutting Edge is not a good one. We have sold it at the magic shop and it was not popular. I think it is too easy to figure out. I think it would be better if they would design it in a way where the coin would really end up exchanged to one which is really cut in half. Mostly costumers asked ...

Re: Goodbye Mr. Fielder ??

John, the tribute graphic is excellent. For me he was not just the best Tenyo inventor of the past 3 years, but the best of all time (probably it is a close tie on this title with Shigeru Sugawara). A friend of mine attended his lecture about creativity at the International Convention in London in 2...

Re: I can't work this out?!

I think his shirt is cut open under his left armpit. He has a reel already extended at the beginning along his left arm. The bag is probably clipped with a crocodile clip or something like that and as he releases it it ends up under his shirt at his left armpit. You can notice that at the body searc...

I am very much looking forward to the Houdini Mini Series. The Houdini Mini Series was shot in Hungary. The magic / escape artist consultant of the show was a good friend of mine (David Merlini). And a lot of the magic props used in the film was provided by the magic shop I work at. I haven't seen i...

Re: Would you buy....AFTER knowing the secret?

This is a very interesting question. I think with tenyo it is a little bit different than at most magic tricks. Most Tenyo tricks have so clever solutions that it is very hard not to tell and show the secret to the spectators because it is so cool most of the cases. As for other tricks: what I see a...

The link is definitely worth checking out. I think that these items are at the best possible place now in John's collection. It was great to have them and holding them in my hand. As far as I know no other Tenyo collector has Spanish packaged Tenyo so far. So just go and check them out!

Brett, I think the reason they do not like you to do balloons is that there are some kids who are allergic to latex. Of course you have to respect that. (As far as I know this is very rare so far I have never met someone with latex allergy. But I think if someone is allergic to something he or she k...
