Ninja Experiment sponge replacement

Post by Raymond » Sun Jun 28, 2020 10:47 am

Replaced sponge on my Ninja Experiment with a soft brush stick-on draught excluder tape, attached to balsa batons. Batons held by double sided sellotape and, although secure, are easily removable, leaving no damage.
The result's far more durable than sponge and allows pencils to move with ease, giving the desired complete cover. This is one of Tenyo's supreme effects and, using this simple modification, can be used with complete confidence

Glad you like it - it's much better than I expected and the balsa colour blends well.

I actually used the really fat pipe cleaners on mine. It works okay. Unfortunately I have moved and don't know how to find things among my myriad boxes, so no picture.
