Counterfeit Crazy Spots?

I think this is a counterfeit version Crazy Spots. The packaging and the prop look exactly like Tenyo, but there is a different logo and manufacturer. Even at the back of the prop there is a logo of this company:

Do you also think this is a counterfit version and not an authorised one?
