Finally found an Ultra Tube!

At long last I have a used ultra tube on its way to the sleepy Cotswolds, I cant wait to get my hands on the trick and to see what all the fuss is about! I know its one that Tenyo collectors "need in their life" and im looking forward to it. I will let you all know my thoughts when it arrives!

Looks like a great visual effect! I notice that Tenyo Elite has made a version in Walnut wood!

yes it does look nice in the walnut wood but iam a bit odd in the way that I favour the plastic magic tricks lol .

nice one gaz, it's a great day for you! I'm with you, the plastic version looks better to me, it suits the style/shape required for the gimmick.
I'm still looking for one but john b was kind enough to show me his so at least I've seen one for real.

Oh definitely Gaz, Original Tenyo is always better and more collectible, a very nice find. I was surprised to see that the effect had been made by Tenyo Elite, I thought they only remade 2 or 3 Tenyo and then closed shop. I guess there making more?

I'm still thinking of making one myself, although it will not be an easy job

Congratulations Gaz ! Seems that finding rare Tenyo nowadays is not just lucky, but it is a destiny
I have seen Ultra Tube in a real life but somehow I`m not really impressed with the effect and method. However, the construction is really cool. Maybe I`m the only one who has this weird feeling

Good for you Gaz I know you have been looking a long time as many others.

I would prefer the plastic one over the wood elite any day.
I don't have one of either wood or plastic.

Like Victor I think the way it has to be held looks fishy.
And that it doesn't have a locking mech is disappointing.
I will have one some day I hope as it is a must have Tenyo of all time.

You are a lucky man to finally get one.

Have a small number of Tenyo items, but got both the plastic and wooden versions of Ultra Tube. The plastic one definitely works better, but people think it is tricked in some way. The wooden one is less suspicious even though it gets stuck sometimes.
