It's a pity we won't get official English instructions for these four items. Not sure why Tenyo made the decision not to sell them in the west.

The silk trick appears to be a "mechanical" version of "20th Century Silks." Curious to see how it works.

definitely going to have to pick up the Ghost Lamp bulb. That thing is a blast to use, and having a speare around certainly couldn't hurt.

I don't get it either!

I find it interesting that the Party series is meant for the Japan market but they printed the cards with English translations. So why will no English instructions be available for the Party series? Hmmm...I don't get that either.

Basically the cards are divided into four and given to 3 spectators and the magician.
Everyone mixes up there cards according to the magicians instructions.
When the top cards are turned over they form message that relates to the occasion being performed at. (Happy Birthday, Wedding, etc.).

Most Japan only items have English on them. For instance the +1 specials such as Magical Sushi have English on the cards even though they were only released in Japan.

I believe these particular cards have English on them because Tenyo was contemplating selling the Party Party series in the west.

Those of you with the impossible puzzle will appreciate this
I'm currently making a wooden sleeve and tray to replace the card one, and in the process decided to make a wee box to hold the spare pieces. I was concerned that if I keep them in my pocket they will eventually scratch and look different from the other pieces. Also where do you keep them safe when not in use? You can put the 'fully assembled' puzzle in the case with all pieces but then you have to re-set before you perform.
This tiny box has an EVA foam insert in the top on the sleeve to prevent scratches

Guys, I just read some very disturbing news over at The Magic Cafe ... it seems the plastic filters of the Water Mirror warp when they come into contact with ... WATER. If this is true it would be a real, real shame. I haven't even tried mine yet so I can't confirm ... . Anyone tried theirs yet?

It's possible David. I just tried out. But Tenyo already anticipated this issue. You can read it in the instruction, last page, under maintenance section. This is what I like from Tenyo. They considered every single details and it's recommended to read the instruction first before try out. If we use extreme temperature water like hot boiled or ice cold water then it could be another serious issue

Just tried psycho gravity....it's absolutely insane how someone could come to the clever idea. I really love the physics principal. But I need to seek that "special material" just in case it runs out and I am not sure if I can find it in my country. If anyone has good suggestion beside Tenyo's, would be appreciate it.

The magic maze and psycho gravity really baffled me because the ideas are very original. Although Tenyo explained the secrets, I still don't get basic logic on how it works. It's like having wonder windows or mirage...you will not find the inner working if you don't open the device. Super clever!

Yes the instructions explain about the warping. I've tried mine out a few times and it's still working fine, the action that makes it work is really cool. Still working on a good story for it.
Psycho gravity is very clever, David it would be particularly useful in a specific science lesson of yours

Water Crystal still works fine despite the warp. At least mine does.

Just as a side note, mine works without water altogether! Do the same swirling motion. Obviously the whole idea is better with water but if you're worried about the warping maybe give it a go. I was discussing a 'special material' with richard for this effect. I have an idea just not sure how to get it to work

I am remaking the base too. I think it deserves more durable material and it should have more weight to avoid wavy surface while we open the paper. And so all cards will lay on it perfectly. Lets see...hope I can finish it soon

Exactly, it's the waviness that is a shame. One quick fix I did with my set was to crease the folds back and forth a few times so it lays flatter

I think the idea behind that Tenyo wanted to makes everything compact, economic and pack flat. So we can store everything in the envelope. Simon, I think if we crease the folds back and forth many times, it will lead to another risk that the folded point will be weaker and easily torn.
