This just came my way today. It's from the Tokyo Disneyland Magic Shop and was sold in 2005.
Effect 1: Two feather flowers are produced from the handkerchief.
Effect 2: The Queen of Hearts is forced. The hanky can folded so the design reveals a large "QH."

I think it`s from DP Magic Japan but this version came without card effect. The move on the flower production is very convincing.

The effect itself, of producing feather flowers from the hem of a foulard, goes back to the 1920s at least.

I've only seen pictures of it. One of which I put in my big list of Disney Tenyo.
These Disneyland tricks are not too easy to find once they stopped making them.
I think I have the version in the video though.
