Tenyo Special 2014

Post by Roberto B. » Wed Mar 19, 2014 6:11 pm

See the Tenyo special for 2014 in action...........the second part is very interesting........some optical thing happening between the cards back pattern and the "magnifier" shaped thing???

Hard to follow since it is in Japanese.

But check out the guys collection of Japanese boxed Tenyo on the wire shelves over his left shoulder. Nice.

It would be nice if we had a Japanese member or two here. Hopefully some day.

Lost in translation slightly but I love the symbols. I think the marking must be quite well hidden and the 'viewer' gives a cover for the performer having a good old look at the back without appearing to be very obviously reading a marking.
I'll always have a soft spot for these packet tricks, will they do an English version do you think?

Maybe the markings require you to cross your eyes (like those 3-D image posters years ago)?

Oh my god that's such a cool idea! If it's not you should absolutely do that. Genius!

Yes, it would be a cool method to mark the back of cards. You could see the markings from pretty far away I would think.

Mine is on its way, together with Magic Calender. Looking forward to it - these packet tricks are indeed very practical and often get better reactions then the 'usual' Tenyo's :)

Yes I looked at all the performances he did.

IMO these are for Tenyo lovers as they have extra twist that fool even us. The Invisible Zone performance is WONDERFUL!

I just realized that japanmagic is the same person who writes the very good blog called Hey Presto! which has a lot of Tenyo content. http://jpmagic.blog34.fc2.com/
