Now that everything is available I am also on board but without the giant card
...
Same here. I won't be buying the card trick. I will definately buy the other tricks.

By the way Olaf, I completely understand why you are not interested in 'plastic toy' tricks. I had the same feeling a couple of years ago ;)

But to be honest, my spectators (family and students) don't care about a trick being made out of resin, wood or plain plastic ... . They want a magic trick, the materials used don't matter to them :D

David, that's certainly true in many cases, but I just love classy things and good craftsmanship

And Mister Danger could be a cool magic toy that maybe soon everybody know and have ...

My order is finally in, I hope to receive them (not the card trick) by the end of the week. I'm especially looking forward to the Mona Lisa puzzle. Mister Danger seems a bit obvious to me as a magic collector, (it reminds me a lot of Soft Coins) but I could be mistaking ... .

Ha yes, the good old clear force bag was also used in the original stage version! At least Christian Farla used it!

I can imagine that kids can mess things up :D

This is my approach on Tenyo Final Piece.

1. The Puzzle Box.
I replaced the transparent plastic box with an ordinary selfmade puzzle box 🙂. You will not find it everywhere although it says Tenyo on it. 🙂 For me the box can convince spec. more when I take another new ordinary puzzle set to do the routine. It makes more sense than having all the pieces in a transparent box, in my opinion. Before choosing the piece, I can show all pieces in a zip lock transparent plastic bag and the spec can mix them before the spec pours all the pieces out to the box. Everything looks more fair and natural. I will probably buy another set and add gimmicked pieces into my set so it looks more like 100 pcs because Tenyo only delivered only about half of it.

2.The Frame.
I just took an oversized photo frame with classic style to.show the Monalisa puzzle bigger on stage. I don't use an easel but just having the frame included with the frame stand attached. More simple approach.
Hope this may inspire 🙂 Have a good day everyone !

Cheers,
Victor

Great work, Victor! The self-made box looks highly professional and also the classic-style frame fits exceptionally well. All in all you enhanced the basic Tenyo effect by several degrees of magnitude - into a Super De Luxe version of the Final Piece! Now I am inspired to purchase this Tenyo trick also

That's awesome Victor! Your box is so much better than that clear plastic box that it came with. Well done :!:

Great idea and execution Victor!

As a nitpicker my only criticism is that the name is Mona Lisa, not Monalisa…

I like "Lucky Strings" but the assembly is an imposition

The "single" tab lay broken off with me in the packaging

All 3 pre-cut slots was not wide enough for an easy entry

I agree. I didn't have any problems with the tabs but messed up with the front sticker. It isn't perfectly 'flat' and after many attempts to reposition it there is now a little tear, luckily hardly noticeable ... . I do like the trick very much however.

And Victor, as always a great add-on you made!

Thanks David :)

Seems that I need to do another correction Rob. An italian friend approached me and corrected me that Mona Lisa should be written with 2 Ns. Monna Lisa. Monna was the title given to women who got married.

Nice to know the culture. :)

The title of the painting, which is known in English as Mona Lisa, is based on the presumption
that it depicts Lisa del Giocondo, although her likeness is uncertain - Renaissance art historian
Giorgio Vasari wrote that "Leonardo undertook to paint, for Francesco del Giocondo, the portrait
of Mona Lisa, his wife."

Monna in Italian is a polite form of address originating as ma donna—similar to Ma'am, Madam,
or my lady in English - This became madonna, and its contraction monna - The title of the
painting, though traditionally spelled Mona in English, is spelled in Italian as Monna Lisa
(mona being a vulgarity in Italian), but this is rare in English - Wikipedia

Is Lucky Strings able to play from the pockets? Or does it have transportability problems like Ghost Card?

Yes, it is ready to go and nothing can go wrong, for one performance of course. After that a litle setup is required but nothing too complicated ;)
