Sugawara's Mystery Frame
Mr. Sugawara keeps releasing these Tenyo-esque tricks. His new release does require a litle bit of sleight of hand but it is a great effect.

The only problem I have with this is I already own Masuda's WOW and it basically is the same kind of effect. I do like it though, the illusion is perfect. It also reminds me of Midas Machine and Tricky Business and probably uses a similar principle.

Re: Sugawara's Mystery Frame
This looks fantastic, and to compare it with WOW does no justice to this beatifully made wooden gem, and the effect is visually very stunning!
Re: Sugawara's Mystery Frame

Re: Sugawara's Mystery Frame
I am wondering if anyone has purchased this item and can comment on it?

Reminds me of Tenyo's Fantastica. It looks nice!

When I met BobD last year in Manila, he showed me this. You can see it in the picture (on the table, left side)

The switch principal is really nice but need some sticky stuff to make it works. I think most of you could figure out by looking at the design on the case. But I think Fantastica is better, we have complete view of the card and it is more practical and easier to perform.

Re: Sugawara's Mystery Frame
Ah good to hear! Then I stick to my Fantastica, and skip Mystery Frame! I eventually could reverse-engineer it
Re: Sugawara's Mystery Frame
But Rob....I would say it is also a great prop. Especially you can show the transformation in slow motion which is not possible to do that with Fantastica. So each prop has it`s own uniqueness. It would be great to have both of them.

You're absolutely right Vic, I would love to have Mystery Frame, but I just must be a bit careful with purchasing items... It's on my wish list however
