Has this happen to you opening your brand new Tenyo or Magic Wagon or wathever??........very frustrating......but I laught a lot with the video :lol: :

I saw this too, ouch! The crowd reaction says it all.. OOOOHHH! Although if the sapphire screens as good as they've made out it should be fine. But still.. Ouch!

I think this will be a good lessons learn for Apple to improve their packaging to make it more secure or good lessons learn for the guy to store the stuff properly.
