I like this one but it's not one of my favorites. It was a little to obvious to me where the money comes from. However it does look really nice.
I think this would be good to use as part of a larger routine.
For instance you can use this together with Billscape to vanish a bill and have it reappear.
First show the clear envelope and clip the cards to it (I would use standard ungimmicked cards instead of the cards that came with it). Then have someone sign a dollar bill.
Insert the bill into the billscape apparatus and palm the bill away to vanish it. Then put the Clear Surprise on your hand and pull the signed bill out out from the envelope.

An excellent trick (I gave it an 8 )

Reaching *inside* the clear envelope is clever, deceptive, and very visible.

It can be used as a utility item, OR in combination with other tricks,
(which has already been mentioned)
and now, on with the show ...

I like it a lot.
But somehow I don't find myself performing it as much; I guess as mention it's obvious where the money came out from.

The effect is very good and visual. The construction of gimmick card is not new and original. The idea using the clear envelope makes this trick unique. Unfortunately the props could not be handed out for examination.

One of my favourites of the past few years. It always amazes people, though we as magicians often think it is obvious in its workings ... . It's easy, fun and baffles. Great typical Tenyo stuff! 8/10

I know how it works, and it's genius is in the simplicity of it. Although j can see the gimmick wearing down after a while. That and it's not very versatile in what else you can pull out of it.

I was hoping to pull out gift cards from it. If I recall correctly, that's not feasible

The gimmick won't wear out soon, and if it does, you can make your own. You can pull gift cards from it, if they're small enough (like business cards, small type).
Packs flat/small, always gets great reactions, and so easy to do. I'm repeating myself, but heck, I love this trick :)

If it'll last, I will take your word and place more stock into it.

If it'll fit business cards, then I can see this as an interesting way of handing out, well, your business card. Kind of a cheaper version of Tricky Business.

I know that a lot of gift cards in the states are the same size as bank cards. I guess I'd actually need to get Clear Surprise and see if one would work, or something would need to be done.

And if you can make your own gimmick, that's awesome!

Quit making me want to get more Tenyo I can't afford at the moment ;) ! This. Future Puzzle. Mentalist Notebook (from your blog).
