I was so excited to find out the secret of this one, I toyed with the possibility of smart materials, one-way mirrors activated by electricity etc.. For me that was the fun part. The trick itself was fine and a great method but I've not performed it much. I actually prefer x-Ray file which I think MRI is a natural progression of, as it is a more useable prop and sits nicely in a routine.
The construction is great though, classic tenyo on all counts.
Now you see me...

I gave a review of this one on my website. I like it, it has many possibilities. The locking mechanism (if you can call it that) is what makes this a fooler. But the need of a plastic frame to hide something more or less gives away the secret.
I perform this one with my Multidimensional. I first use a regular die as in the instructions. Then I use a card with the index away from the performer - this is very convincing. Then I use MD's color cube. People will eventually suspect the frame but then I take it away and perform MD in the 'regular' way. And then, I am a real mind reader :)

David,

Do you have any experience with Promystic's Inside Out? It is MD, but the cube can be opened up and shown empty.

No I don't John. But if it is indeed exactly the same (is it?) and you can open the box to show it empty it is a huge plus. However I have never, ever had anyone wanting to open the box of MD, it just can't be opened without some special things. It also is very light, you can't 'feel' there's anything inside.

Promystic's quality is the best you can find, so either trick will give you a lot of pleasure I'm sure. It is the most expensive magic trick I ever bought but it also is the one I use the most. Best trick I ever bought.

If you have the money don't hesitate, I'd go with Inside Out if I were you, from what I have read it's excellent :) Also keep an eye out for a second hand MD, it's cheaper and you don't have to worry about it being 'bad' or 'broken', you can't break this thing unless you use a hammer :)

Also, if there would be one other PM product I would buy it would be Color Match - this gives you so many possibilities to work out your own effects.

Cool! Thanks for your thoughts on Inside Out- I will add it to my wish list and hopefully get it in the coming months.
