good spot :)
I've just had a thought and think I have an idea based on the 'tipping' movement and the slightly frosted glass. I think there's a part which is clear on the top and bottom thirds and white in the middle. but that's all I'll say as this is public ;)

This version from Magic Wagon has an enormous frame to hold a little card in the middle. Looks kinda pretty, but doesn't make a lotta sense.
These are also my first thoughts on this trick ;-) but the design is beautiful :-)
For me more a collectors item because it is a eye catcher and very well made

May I chime in, even three years later? :D

Look carefully... You will see that the playing card is in fact much larger than the frame. So saying that Z Frame has an "enormous frame to hold a little card" might be, at least, a bit exaggerated... ;)

Here are the first prototypes I received... I agree that the frame in the 1st one probably looked a bit too large. I made the comment to the Magic Wagon team. The final product looks just fine in my opinion, considering the method involved. I never understood why they put a blurry glass over the window...

By the way, this wasn't an initiative of mine, but more of a request from our Magic Wagon friends.
"Mr Simon, we would like to produce a version of Mark Setteducati's Zig Zag Lady: How would you do it?"
Of course, my main challenge was to keep the frame narrower than the card, without solving it the "Tenyo way" (e.g. with a hinged cover). So I suggested this "Photo Frame" type of design...

Thanks for the generous review David! Glad you liked the method! :)
;)

Received my Z-frame today, and I'm really impressed! I never expected that it would work the way it works! Very clever!
An innovative piece of magic, even some nice routines are added from Simon Corneille and John Talbot!
A definitive winner!

On the above pic, the width of the frame vs the larger width of the card is more obvious, I believe.

Rob, thanks for your post... I'm late, but I'm glad you liked it! :)
